Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a NIKE PARTNER EXECUTIVE to join the account team responsible for Sportmaster Denmark strategic account.
This role is designed to maximize our potential with Sportmaster in providing Key Sport consumers with the best level of service, through Sportmaster O2O business, focusing on Performance product. Lead business with account to contribute to net revenue growth, execute Consumer Code with account and be an effective standout colleague & positive influence!
What you will work on
A typical day/ week/ season would look like:
Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling O2O. Ensure the best presentation of stories and products (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Work with buyers and Nike planning team to ensure market and customer capacities are met.
Lead planning and execution for replenishment business (Always Available) for the assigned Gender/Category.
Deliver net revenue growth and partner net contribution improvement by managing the end to end business
Contribute to partner plan development, executing Nike's strategy
Drive alignment across Nike Consumer Code with key partners
Create seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, historical data,
partner/consumer’s feedback, and key market trends.
Ensure seasonal product flow and optimize in-season sales and replenishment
Lead and develop assigned gender/categories in line with Nike and partner strategies, achieving sales goals



Who you will work with
You will have daily interaction with the Account and Operations teams. Seasonally / Monthly you will need to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Brand teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided. You will report directly into the Strategic Account Director.
What you bring!
Solid experience in account management acquired in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning
Consistent track record to read and analyze relevant sales important metrics
Ability to inspire change and lead business decisions using analytical and commercial eye
Knowledge of the account or a similar local hero
Ability to lead cross functional work streams and business development projects
Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively
Experience with Excel is required, tableau is a plus
Relationship builder & Influence skills
Proficient in English language, Swedish is an advantage
Passion for the new digital trends', product, retail & financial planning
Flexibility to travel
