Your Role as NIO House Team Lead:
As part of our passionate team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional user experience while overseeing daily operations. You will manage community events, maintain a premium showroom environment, and ensure the smooth running of internal fleet operations. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll foster strong relationships with users, promote NIO’s values, and support the team in achieving both operational efficiency and sales goals. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards and ensuring every interaction aligns with NIO’s vision for a sustainable future!
Support to NS Manager: Assist in daily operations and step in as acting manager when needed to ensure smooth operations of the space.
Community Engagement & Events: Plan and execute events to build relationships with users, foster brand loyalty, and align with sales and brand awareness goals.
Showroom Management: Oversee showroom presentation and vehicle display, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and user-friendly.
Internal Fleet Management: Ensure the internal fleet is well-maintained, coordinated for test drives, and efficiently monitored for usage.
Customer Experience: Maintain a premium, welcoming environment; support sales during peak times; and provide vehicle demonstrations during showroom visits or events.
Operational Efficiency: Assist with daily tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and coordinating test drives, events, and showroom activities.
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all user interactions reflect NIO’s values and vision.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure coordination, and provide feedback to the NS Manager on performance and engagement.
Budget overview - handling incoming invoices and create budget requests for purchasing of daily goods. Additionally, keep track of budget goals and strive to maintain control of budget pacing
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
You put customers first and understand that great service is a mindset, not just a statement.
You have several years of experience in retail and premium products, with a passion for EVs.
You may have a background in event management or promotion.
You are approachable, open-minded, and easy to communicate with.
You thrive in team-based environments and naturally collaborate with others.
You have a winning attitude, a strong service orientation, with a sense of humor.
You bring positivity, ambition, and a drive to create exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
Valid driver’s license (B)
Fluent in spoken and written Swedish; adequate English
Completed high school education (post-secondary education is a plus)
1+ year experience with store responsibility, inc staff scheduling.
Previous experience with handling invoices/payment systems.
Previous experience with sales.
