PocketLaw is based in Stockholm and our mission is to empower businesses to secure success by being the go to place for legal services. PocketLaw is looking for an experienced Node.js Back-end Developer that is as excited as us to develop the next generation's legal services. 

As a Node.js Back-end Lead

In your position as a Node.js Back-end Lead, you will have a direct impact on how PocketLaw’s product is being built and use the latest technologies such as GraphQL and Kubernetes. Together with the Tech Team consisting of 6 other people, you will develop new features and make sure deployments and infrastructure are all operational. At PocketLaw they orchestrate their systems via Docker and Kubernetes and all their stack is in Javascript (Nodejs and React) with GraphQL as their data query language. Today the team consist of 6 people: CTO, Tech Lead, UX/UI Designer and Frontend Developers.

In your role as a Node.js Back-end Lead you will also:

Work with PocketLaw’s current tech technologies which include: Github Actions, Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, KubernetesWork closely with both the Business team as well as the Product team to make sure PocketLaw is at the forefront in LegalTechTake responsibility for PocketLaw’s backend solution, be a tech owner and be part of building the team next yearUnderstand new technology and prefer to use state of the art technology

Your experiences

A minimum of 3 years work experienceHave working experience with Nodejs, microservices and genuine interest in infrastructure



Meriting

Experience from a start-up/growth companyExperience in a rational database especially PostgreSQLExperience working with EKS, CI and with writing and publishing NPM modulesFluent in English, both verbally and in writing
