About this opportunity

Welcome to the international team of Quality Assurance. We add value by increasing production stability and cost efficiency while creating and deploying new solutions to our customers. As NFT Lead for the Core Banking Programme, you’ll play a valuable role in increasing quality of delivered solutions, focusing on the different quality attributes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for driving NFT activities to meet common goals of Nordea test strategy
* Prioritising tasks associated with Nordea level SAFe non-functional requirements
* Continuous improvements of best practices to ensure applications are delivered as per high Nordea standards
* R&D activities to identify and evaluate new NFT tools
* Coach and mentor team members for complex NFT challenges
* Accountable to prepare the Non-Functional Test Plan
* Communicate the NFT report to business stakeholders and align on the Go-Live approach
* Owning the NFT related risks and their mitigation plans


You’ll work as part of the NFT centre of excellence and will have possibility to share ideas, learnings and get inspirations from some of the exceptionally talented people in NFT area.
The role can be based in Nordic capital cities; Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Poland; Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warsaw.

* Have experience in non-functional testing and analysis (performance and/or reliability testing), as well as troubleshooting and optimization of enterprise solutions.
* Have the ability to create non-functional testing strategies and execute on the same.

* Demonstrate a high degree of structure, flexibility, planning and prioritization skills, and delivers in a timely manner, with focus on quality.
* Have strong communication skills


Your experience and background: 
* Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
* 10+ years of experience in the non-functional testing discipline
* Experienced team lead, accustomed to work with distributed teams
* Expert knowledge in Load Runner (Performance Center), JMeter, Gatling, AppDynamics, Burp Suite
* Experience in CI/CD / DevOps toolchains
* Demonstrated development (any programming language) and automation experience
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
