Are you a dynamic Administration professional with vision, HR experience and a flair for organizing? Greenpeace Nordic is on the lookout for a creative, structured and detail-oriented individual who excels at developing and maintaining efficient workflows for an exciting new role providing administrative support to key fundraising units across several Nordic countries! The role is full time (12 month contract, with possibility of extension) and will be based in Stockholm. 

About the Role:
 
This position is ideal for an Administration enthusiast and confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced international workplace and feels passionate about the environment and climate justice.   

The Nordic Admin Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Direct Dialogue (DD) and Telefundraising programs in the handling of payroll, contracts and staff recruitment. Strong focus  will be placed on building and optimising processes and routines that support the needs of these programs in the best way possible through collaboration with the Nordic DD Manager, Country DD Managers and the Nordic HR Business Partner (HRBP). The role requires proactive coordination and communication, building positive work relationships in a multicultural setting, attention to detail and an ability to manage competing deadlines.  

About You: 

Candidates should demonstrate independence, initiative and commitment to Greenpeace’s campaign work and values. A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other similar education, along with 1 year experience in a HR or administrative position will be looked on favourably. Knowledge in interpreting and applying HR legislation and labour is also desirable. This is a full-time temporary position for one year with the possibility for extension. The  position is based in our Stockholm office. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.
