The Ice Cream Division within Unilever is looking for a Nordic Assistant Brand Manager to be based in Solna, Sweden. The candidate will work with a broad range of ice cream dessert products ranging from local children's favourite Big Pack and family classic GB Gräddglass to international premium dessert brand Carte d'Or.The aim is to drive sales and awareness of the overall portfolio with products meeting different consumer needs and several ice cream occasions. The role as Nordic Assistant Brand Manager offers a great challenge for a self-going, result oriented, analytical person interested in marketing.As Assistant Brand Manager you will amongst other things work with launch campaigns, in-store activation, market analysis, developing the portfolio including NPD evaluation and working closely with the brand development centre in Italy.You will also take part in the strategic planning process which includes brand marketing plans and media planning.The role demands an understanding of the retail market in the Nordics and the person needs to work closely with different functions within the Nordic Unilever organisation.The role will be reporting to the Senior Nordic Brand Manager based in Solna, Sweden. We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and experience: - A bachelors or masters degree in marketing.- A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience within marketing.- Fluent written and verbal English - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Understanding of the FMCG market in the Nordics - Experience of independently executing projects - Good presentations skills - Developed analytical skills and knowledge of working with Nielsen and GfK data.- Good team working ability - A passion for marketing and branding The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, self-going marketer with a passion for marketing and branding.You enjoy working with both bigger, long term projects as well as with tasks that require attention to detail.
