Nordic Baltics Business Relationship Manager H/F

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a candidate to fill our Nordic Baltic Business Relationship Manager position within the IT Function area, located at our office in Ballerup in Denmark or in Frösundavik in Sweden.

As a Nordic Baltic Business Relationship Manager you have a very broad and central role in the IT organization and work closely with our key service and other functions.

You are in charge to ensure IT Delivery performance towards Business for the zone. You elaborate business cases of major projects then ensure project execution excellence. You monitor IT service Delivery based on defined service level agreement, in charge to resolve issues and manage escalation when needed.

You lead the local Zone IT team in line with our HR strategy and ensure we have the right competencies at the right place, drive people engagement, manage people development, learning, talent management and diversity. Drive high collaboration attitude within the IT function and with Business representatives.

You are responsible to ensures IT strategy supports implementation of the Business strategy, creation of IT based value and alignment with Functions strategy. You represent "business voice" in IT function to ensure alignment of Business IT strategy.
You participate in development of Business strategic planning and lead relevant IT strategic planning and maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and where appropriate, makes recommendations. Define IT Transformation plan in line with IT and Business Strategy.

Your skills and experience
* We are seeking a candidate with IT and Business Relationship Management background with several years of experience in Business Services Management, strong project management skills, furthermore you have knowledge in ERP & Satellite Applications (CRM tools, business intelligence etc).
* You have basic knowledge and follow-up on digital revolution and have strong business relationship management skills.
* You have a strategic vision on IT & business models.
* You need to have a very good knowledge of English and preferably Danish or Swedish.
* Furthermore, you are people driven, have a customer mind set and energy.
* You should be committed and service minded, enjoying collaboration and have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as understand complexity.
