NORDIC BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER

Do you want to optimize marketing activities aimed to drive brand awareness, taking ownership and work in a dynamic multi branded setting? This is the role for you.
The Nordic Marketing team are now looking for a teamlead for the Activation and Promotion team. You will have the opportunity to drive your areas of responsibilities to strong, challenging but also fun business-goals and at the same time you will have the opportunity to grow and be part of a fantastic journey.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are all about taking marketing to the next level and dreaming up the best Rituals brand activation campaigns. On top of it:
Lead and coach a team of 1-2 people
Store events – plan, execute and follow up store-events and pop up areas
Project lead for store openings and relocations
Local activation – support, motivate and educate store teams in local activations
Presentations and training of retail store team
Follow up omnichannel consistency for all promotions and activations
Marketing toolkit – be responsible for any marketing activities initiated and executed by the stores on a local level
Responsible for the Nordic region

Within the Marketing team in the Nordics, you work together with 8 motivated colleagues. You report to our Nordic Marketing Manager, Susanne Andersson. Rituals Nordic head office is located at Stureplan, Stockholm from September 2022.

You have a degree within marketing and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
1-2 years of leadership experience
Basic experience from Adobe CS preferably Photoshop and Indesign
Great communication skills in Swedish and English
If you master other Nordic languages it would be a great plus
Experience from working in retail and an understanding for consumer goods
