We are currently looking for a Nordic Channel & Digital Marketing Manager for an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 2-years contract starting as soon as possible (with a great possibility for an extension).

About the role:
Purpose of the job:
Channel & Digital Marketing Manager within the Customer Experience department is responsible for Samsung´s user experience marketing within digital touchpoints with the purpose to get more quality traffic to product pages, and convert that traffic.
The role is also responsible for go to market process for product launches related to digital touchpoints, i.e. Samsung´s customers´ websites, as well as analyzing the results and suggesting strategic and tactical improvements to secure the best possible user experience and brand-visibility.
The Nordic Channel & Digital Marketing Manager drives the above areas on a Nordic level and towards the Nordic country organizations, in order to secure Samsung´s brand presence and conversion on Samsung´s customers´ websites, ATL investments and CRM activities.
Key accountabilities:
• Drive Nordic Retail projects, project plan creation, execution, budget management and follow-up
• Secure retail readiness for the Nordic accounts, and work together with Nordic countries to secure roll-outs
• Drive Nordic accounts´ retail environment and enhancement
• Compliance levels to the marketing guidelines in retails stores
• Drive Retail go to market processes for certain product groups
Job scope:
• Leading Online aspects in partners´ T&C. Setting the contract, having discussions with internal stakeholders, sell-in of the contract and following up the contacts and reporting internally to ensure smooth claiming of the rewards.
• Increasing the internal knowledge of digital marketing – theme months focus on different areas such as SEM, SEO etc. Having sessions with the CMLs and also sharing deep-dives on their partners´ performance in the areas as well as including actions/low hanging fruits to improve customer´s .com sites that CMLs can bring to customer meetings.
• Have regular check-ins with the Nordic countries to understand their needs and requests to help support their work
• Ensuring localized eRetail content is shared to partners at product launches as well as guides on how to use the content and why the content should be used (conversion advantages).
• Sharing online best practices with internal stakeholders and ensure it is pushed out to partners. Follow-up and push for a stronger implementation.
• Lead Nordic eRetail GTM process to secure a great launch. Help CMLs with best practices, online excellence, targeting guidelines, data, presentations to share with partners and more.
• Set strategies for how to improve eRetail and samsung.com
• Update relevant toolkits and brand page toolkits to facilitate implementation of brand pages at Samsung´s customers´ websites.
• Drive eSiS project together with sales innovation team. Ensure eSiS is updated and look at data to improve UX. Ensure a good customer journey. Participate in partner meetings and help in the implementation of eSiS at other partners.
• Analyze data shared by partners and get back with actionable insights that CML and KAM can use in their work to improve partners web and traffic acquisition.
• Support Customer Satisfaction team with their communication towards end-consumers on samsung.com to improve the customer experience when they need to come in contact with Samsung support.
• Use third party data tools such as similiarweb and the DRM report to identify improvement areas at Samsung´s customers´ websites. Help support the Nordic countries in understanding the report and join customer meetings where parts of the report is discussed to help push partners in their execution of online marketing.

Your Profile:
Qualifications required:
• Customer Experience Journey experience
• eRetail / Digital project experience
• University degree, major in marketing is not required but a merit
• Good language skills; local language fluency and excellent English.
• Application/IT skilled with MS Office proficiency, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience:
• At least 2 years experience in driving projects with proven record on delivery, preferably within eRetail / Digital
• Experience working channel marketing, with a good understanding of user experience during the digital shopping journey
• Experienced in leading agencies, preferably within retail
Skills & attributes:
• Structured with an ability to manage multiple priorities and short deadlines
• A doer and problem solver with a can do attitude
• Strategic thinker with understanding of retail analysis and how to implement them
• Relationship builder with strong people management skills
• Takes own initiatives and follows through with implementation
• Passion for the end customer meeting and interaction
• A creative mind and at the same time it´s important to be prestige less
• Interested in Telecom products, but not necessarily a product expert
• Appreciates and Strives in a fast moving and often changing environment.
