For Siemens Financial Services in Nordics we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to our office in Solna.  This is a key development opportunity for a finance professional with operational and commercial experience with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management to work within a dynamic business to deliver profitable, stable and compliant growth.

What are my responsibilities?
You will be a key contributor to the business strategy of SFS Commercial Finance (COF) Nordics working closely with the CEO and other local executive team members. You will have 3 managers reporting you, and be directly responsible for the Accounting, Performance Controlling and Customer Service teams ensuring the quality and delivery of all group, local, and regulatory reporting as well as the operational activities for the SFS Nordic, a total organization of about 90 people. You will have local IT responsibility for ensuring IT platforms performance continuity and driving system and process improvement through IT. You will ensure the delivery of the business strategy driving profitability and securing growth with a focus on service quality and continuous process improvement. You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting and ensuring the full integrity of book and records, and, to ensure an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System in the Nordic COF business.

You will reinforce the focus on talent development, creating an environment where the strategy, objectives and quality standards are clearly understood and where, best practice/knowledge sharing in identifying optimal systems and processes are normal course of business.  You will have strong day-to-day leadership presence and you will motivate, mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?
As a person you are commercially driven and a creative innovator with strong people leadership skills, and you have strong mentoring/coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise. We expect you to be able to demonstrate a process and compliance mindset with ability to ensure the successful implementation of operational, accounting or regulatory changes.

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role with financial management experience gained in a growth organization

• University degree, Master of Science in Business administration and/or Economics or similar degree

• Track record of working with IFRS and local GAAP

• Proven track record of success in facilitating progressive and controlled organizational change and development within a growing organization

• Strong Leadership skills, building and creating enthusiasm in a newly set up entity in a very dynamic environment, ensuring team wellbeing and resilience, adaptive to changing environment

• Advanced knowledge of digitalization topics, digi mindset

• Commercially minded with experience to drive and lead complex strategic initiatives and change management projects

• Excellent judgement/creative problem-solving skills incl. negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentations skills and the ability to effectively interface with various levels of senior management

• Experience of working across the Nordic countries and cultures is beneficial for the role

• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other Nordic language will be an asset
