Are you our new Nordic CRM Manager? We love to meet you and tell you more about the journey we are on innovating our industry and discuss how you with your experience can contribute! You will lead our team of CRM-specialists (7 people) responsible for all CRM-work in our markets, which means it is a Nordic position, located in Stockholm, Olso or Helsingör.
We operate with very well-known brands, in Sweden with Linas Matkasse, in Norway with Godtlevert and Adams Matkasse and in Denmark with Retnemt. We are the largest supplier of meal kits in the Nordic region – a leader in Scandinavian “food tech”. We have moved far away from the original set-menu product, letting our customers choose their dinners from a menu of 40+ dishes, with a great variation and a lot of new dishes every week. Our customer can also set their personal preference to their subscription, making sure it suits every household perfectly. Besides that, and thanks to AI and advanced forecasting, we do not make the final order of food from our suppliers until our customers made their orders with us. That means we have zero food waste in our production. Sustainability is an important part of our service.
Our business runs on a recurring revenue model. It is a weekly subscription without binding periods, the customer can pause or stop its subscription at any time. Therefore, customer retention, churn prevention and reactivations are very important for our growth.
And that is why we are looking for you!
We are especially interested in applicants with experience from working with CRM and marketing automation within:
• Subscription business
• Customer cohort dynamics within different segments of user groups
• Using CRM-data in all available channels (internal and external)
• Apps and “my pages” for using a service and handle your account/subscription
• Worked really close to a tech department with experience from accessing a lot of data taking personalized CRM communication to the next level.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead and develop our Nordic team of talented CRM-specialists (7 people placed in Stockholm and Oslo). Set a strategy to cover different focus areas and responsibilities within the team to optimize result and engagement.

• Work close to our tech department to make even more data available by connecting systems increasing automation and personalization.
• Develop a strategy together with the team and execute, analyze and optimize all CRM communication programming across all channels (email, website, SMS, push notifications, real-time messaging, social media etc).
• Own CRM KPIs and ensure that lifecycle messaging flow contributes to retention, purchase frequency, reactivations, and ATV. Set specific business goals and follow up.
• Analyze customer behavior, insights and data to spot trends and learnings that’ll be used for creating optimized life-cycle improvements. Create and implement cross-channel, end-to-end user journeys.
• Be a visionary leader with high ambitions and ensure the team stays on top of trends and opportunities in the automation and lifecycle marketing industry. Create a best-in-class CRM team.
• Oversee and analyze user touchpoints, consistently seeking new and innovative ways to leverage data and content to deliver hyper-focused, personalized and effective campaigns. Make sure onboarding and user experience is best in class in cooperation with customer experience squad teams.
• Work closely with Data Team for analytics to build and monitor dashboards to track and optimize CRM performance. Report and measure the overall effectiveness of CRM and retention marketing efforts.
• Work closely with managers of customer acquisition, telemarketing and brand management to ensure the best co-operation handling our sales funnel and discounts.
• Responsible for budget, forecasting, goal setting and discount strategy. Make sure the team are aligned and has the information needed to work self-sufficient.
Experience we are looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation/CRM, preferably for a subscription based digital product.
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM tools, marketing automation and retention marketing experience.
• Leadership experience
• High level of data literacy, understanding of the customer journey, strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization.
• Expertise in engagement marketing best practices and trigger-based lifecycle programs.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM programs, including A/B-testing and optimization for conversion.
• A driven and proactive personality, you know the “talk” of both tech and marketing/sales and know how to make your projects prioritized.
• A structured self-starter who can take projects from strategy through execution.
• You want to win as a team.
