Core Responsibilities:
Leadership and management
Drive the team motivation, satisfaction and culture in line with what we value
Encourage and develop key talents and secure a strong succession pipeline at all levels of the Operations team
Support on the organizational direction of Customer Operations team Nordic while supporting Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Represent Nordic Global Sales Operations networks securing strong alignment between Central operational processes and local execution
Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration to support overall business strategy, industry trends, customer needs etc.
Keep day-to-day business running and achieving agreed critical metrics by monitoring planning, inventory and sales reports
Control and allocate resources as appropriate and ensure effective cross-training within the team
Up to 50% involved in daily business and taking care about customer orders and customer service tasks
Role will be responsible to lead the local Swedish Customer Care team and other Nordic countries together with the appointed Teamleads



Customer & Sales Support Service
Understand and work within each customers’ ordering and distribution framework, processing and delivering orders in efficient manner and within expected timeframes
Customer coordination for customer logistic service (VAS (=value added service) requirement) and order preparation, coordination & interface with Logistic / warehouses (trucks, delivery window)
Drive a close day-to-day alignment between Sales and Operations teams to optimise stock flow to individual customers as well as secure a strong overall market approach
Build partnerships with local customers and suppliers by focusing on mutual value creation
Provide outstanding customer service while maximizing revenue and reducing supply chain costs by linking central sales operations developments to customer needs
Secure a line of sight in go-to-market strategy, customer and marketing plans and the customer order execution
Develop and implement Order Management systems and processes to secure workload efficiencies
Define, implement, and monitor Global Key service KPIs for a smooth and efficient operation in Nordic countries
Continuous improvement of operational process and procedures to ensure best-in-class sales support and ease of doing business



What we are looking for:
To succeed in this role you are technical, customer-focused, able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as you have:
Previous experience with order management and sales operations processes from e.g. consumer goods or food industry
Knowledge of ERP System and business reporting systems, like Rex, SAP, APS,
Fluency in English and preferably additional 2nd Nordic language (Norwegian or Danish)
Experience in leading across countries would be advantageous
Change management skills and experience in implementing new structures and driving change
Independent with strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to work independently and build cross-functional relationships.
Very good analytical skills
