What will you do?
As Nordic Customer Service Manager, you will ensure efficient customer service and order handling for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will prioritize of resources within the group to get the most important (customer facing) tasks done OTIF and by this ensure that our strategic ambitions can be fulfilled, and the Nordic result achieved. Drive solutions to sort out issues with increased workload or other difficulties for customer service (different campaigns, delivery terms) this means contacts with various functions and people on all levels. Your main tasks are:
• Responsible for optimization and ensuring well-functioning processes for the order handling processes.
• Responsible for securing a well-functioning organization and secure that the group is proactively represented in relevant groups/meetings.
• Drive an optimal cooperation with all functions needed to ensure best optimized service for customers in DK, SE, NO and (FI).
• Responsible for people management for direct reporting.
The position is located at our site just outside Malmö, and you will report to Nordic Commercial Operations Manager.
Who are you?
As a person you have a strong solid interpersonal and influencing ability with a sense of empathy towards your team members and customers. You are a natural leader and a team player with an open mindset and optimism as you are a good communicator and influencer. You are well organized and structured. You show great ability of discipline and self-confidence in your daily work. A great portion empathy will be an advantage.
You are a business school graduate and at least 5 years business experience, preferably from commercial operations. Understands the complexity of the Nordic Deco market and the various customers’ needs and how to meet them. Today we work with SAP, AX, MS Office, Teams and Excel, among others. You have a passion for continuous improvement and take every opportunity to make processes easier to use. You have a high service level and always work with customers best interest in mind. You need to have good knowledge both in Swedish and English, verbal as well as in writing.
