What will you do?
As Nordic Customer Service Team Leader, you are working together with your team of eight people. Danish, Norwegian and Swedish, to ensure the best service to our customers in the Nordics. You will have a coordinating role and take the responsibility to support and improve team performance and together with Customer service manager develop individuals as customer service specialists. Your main tasks are:
• Support and assure the Customer Service Team’s highly professional interactions with customer associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information required.
• Within the team, act as coordinator, plan and organize daily tasks to individual workload to efficiently use available resources best way possible.
• Act as a focal point within the local team, collecting issues and improvement suggestions in order to escalate it to the Nordic Customer Service Manager
• Be the Keyuser for Sales & Distribution in Commercial operations navigating in SAP and AX (Navision) working with regression tests and development in the systems
The position is located at our site just outside Malmö, and you will report to Nordic Customer Service Manager.
Who are you?
As a person you have a strong solid interpersonal and influencing ability with a sense of empathy towards your team members and customers. You are a natural leader and a team player with an open mindset and optimism. You show great ability of discipline and self-confidence in your daily work.
You have well experience within Customer Service/Back Office. You have experience in working with different systems and with good computer knowledge. Today we work with SAP, AX, MS Office, Teams and Excel, among others. You have a passion for continuous improvement and take every opportunity to make processes easier to use. You have a high service level and always work with customers best interest in mind. You need to have good knowledge both in Swedish and English, verbal as well as in writing.
