Voith Turbo Mobility in the Nordic region has a leading position in its market and now wishes to further strengthen its position by recruiting a Nordic Director who can develop the Nordic organization into even greater success. As Nordic Director Mobility, you are responsible for developing and implementing Voith Turbo Mobility's overall sales and marketing strategies for the Nordic market. In addition, you will support your Sales managers in the work of developing customized strategies for their respective markets. You have the profit responsibility for the Nordic region – where you lead, coordinate and follow up your team's sales and marketing activities. The team consists of ten committed co-workers, mainly within sales and support – who you coach and support in the daily operations. You will also run and be responsible for some of your own major business projects with some key customers. As Nordic Director, you will work closely and build internal networks with other Voith turbo teams in the Nordic and German markets. There is also a Site Manager responsibility for Voith Turbo's office in Spånga, although you will relatively often be on the move or starting from home. As Nordic Director Mobility, you report to VP Western Europe Mobility.
We are looking for you who have solid experience and can show previous good results from own sales in the mechanical or electronic industry. It's an added benefit if you have a background from the commercial automotive or railway industry. You have experience from leading others in sales, both operationally and strategically with a distinct ability to get the best out of your employees. You probably have a technical or economic background at an academic level and communicate fluently, both in writing and verbally, in Swedish and English. You have a natural and trusting way that allows you to gain trust with both customers and employees. Your ability to build relationships and networks are some of your prominent qualities, that you manage to combine with a strong focus on results. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have an analytical ability and that some of your strengths are to create a structured way of working for yourself but also that you can contribute to the organization becoming more efficient.
