Northern Partners was established with the intention of becoming the major force in the local EOR industry by providing transparency and expertise within tax compliance, immigration, and local regulations & “know-how”. The quartet behind Northern Partners are four driven and experienced partners with many years of hands-on experience from the growing marketplace of freelancing and “gig-economy”.
We´re looking to expand our team with a new colleague who can take on the role of Nordic Financial Controlling. With Danish origins we are currently expanding operations to all Nordic countries and are quickly gaining traction. This brings us to focus more energy on internal processes and streamlining our way-of-work.
In addition to having experience of working with Financial Controlling we are looking for a colleague with a passion for process optimization, harmonizing business cases and preferably a genuine drive to advance the way we conduct business. Ideally the individual holding the position will cover both Denmark & Sweden, our two biggest markets. This will imply a genuine mix of daily routine tasks, larger projects, and a huge portion of personal drive!
Since we´re a bi-lingual company we expect you to be good at English, Danish and/or Swedish is a huge benefit! We try to have a “It´s not where you´re from but where you´re going”-kinda’ attitude.
Some hard skills we believe you have:
- Experience of working with bookkeeping and routine economy-related tasks, preferably in both Sweden & Denmark
- Payroll & Salary management
- Routine tax reporting to authorities
- Interest in liquidity & currency management
- Experience with Navision - MS Business Central or equivalent
- MS Office
- A sharp eye for details
