About this opportunity

Welcome to Business Development Coordination team, part of the Strategy & Commercial Insight unit within the Business Banking COO. The Business Development Coordination team is responsible for alignment of business development activities to our strategy and coordinating key cross-country business development activities.

As the Nordic Head of Business Development Coordination you will lead a highly talented and diverse team of 8-10 employees.  You will ensure the successful outcome of multiple important cross-country business develop initiatives  and will manage the IT change portfolio across Business Banking. It is essential to build up a good collaboration with your team, colleagues and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

* Represent the team and collaborate with senior leaders in Business Banking
* Lead, empower and continuously develop the people in the Business Development Coordination team
* Working across the BB organisation to ensure and facilitate action towards BB’s direction
* Establish a systematic and efficient approach to coordinate business development within Business Banking
* Run portfolio management for Business Banking


The role is based in any of the Nordic capital areas.

Your experience and background:  

* Experience from working with senior stakeholders (e.g. GLT-1)
* Strong experience from financing/banking
* Previous experience of managing complex change portfolio management incl. DPP/IT Change
* Experience driving multi/cross country business development activities
* Very strong communication skills and fully fluent in English (professional level)
* Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
* Earlier leadership experience is an advantage
