Job purpose and scope
Build up E-com business capabilities in the Nordic cluster. Online Category leader in Frozen. Set up ambitious plans and oversee the implementation directly and via local KAM teams.
Leadership of the RGM team and secure right focus and business impact in-market
Functional leader for the Category Teams. Securing right focus, capabilities and wow to maximize impact on business performance
Strong partnership Commercial Directors and Marketing Director
Setup and establish JBP process with Key customers
Set-up commercial tracking and reporting framework
Responsibilities and accountabilities
P&L responsible for E-com across the Nordics. Direct customer responsibility for Onliners and partnership approach on traditional retailers
Lead the Nordic RGM team. Set up RGM strategy and approach across the Nordics and secure implementation
Take lead for the Customer Category function in the Nordics. Set up the tight structure and secure we have the right set of skills and talent
Setup Nordic JBP process with key customers. Incl. strong performance management focus, supported by appropriate tracking processes
Support execution of MWB strategy, executed by best-in-class customer and in-store execution
Secure investment optimization of trade spend
Act as a genuine business partner to the GM, MD and CD’s , the board and the total commercial team, contributing broadly across the business and beyond functional responsibility
Qualifications & previous experience
Essential
8+ years of senior level leadership experience in sales, with demonstrable experience of working in Food industry.
Significant and current Retail experience.
Good knowledge of Food Service
Broad experience of managing key retailer relationships at the highest level and with an existing Senior level retailer network.
Proven track record of leading top-to-top negotiations and of coaching and working with less experienced team members to support them in wider commercial negotiations
Significant Experience of leading multifunctional teams
Demonstrated experience building and/or significantly upgrading sales capability including appropriate performance tracking processes and reward mechanisms
Experience of working cross-functionally within focused category management structures
Broader commercial / leadership experience
A graduate degree holder within relevant topic at higher level
Experience in contributing to wider business strategy as leader of local drum beat LG and Nordic LG team
Knowledge and skills
Highly ambitious, with confidence in own decision making
Full understanding of category management and building long term business plans and relationship with key retailers
Consumer-centric
Able to influence, persuade, motivate and direct people
A collaborative team player
Comfortable with pace and operating in a lean ‘hands on’ environment
English fluent
Ability to make Commercial and Channel Strategies that builds profitable business for us and our customer
