To our site in BARCELONA, we are looking for a: NORDIC HR RECRUITER. ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES: The NORDIC Recruiter will work in the Recruitment area (phone interviews, face to face interviews, checking CV'S, updating job offers) and will be in charge of different administrative processes (new hires documentation and Excel files). He/She reports to the HR Department. His/her daily main tasks will be focused in achieving company's objectives and ensuring commitment towards the Transvision goals. Tasks *Recruitment *Training *Administrative tasks *Staff coordination support REQUIREMENTS: *Languages: native SWEDISH is a must and knowledge of other Scandinavian languages. *HIGH level of ENGLISH *Personal integrity is essential. *High computers skills. *Experience of a recruitment/similar department; very good knowledge about recruitment in Scandinavia. *Excellent communication skills *Experience of working with statistics and understand mathematics needed for reporting, analysis and other purposes. *Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities. *Responsible and well organized person.
