We are now happy to announce that we are looking for a Nordic HR Transformation Lead. The role is a temporary position for one year.

STANLEY Security Nordics are on a transformation journey where we are creating stronger and more efficient Nordic HR function by increasing and improving collaboration between the Nordic Countries as well as with the center of excellence functions in the US. We are therefore looking for you to help us on this journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious project leader that want to be a part of a transformation journey in a large global company. 

What you’ll be doing

As Nordic HR Transformation Lead your goal is to secure that we work with relevant development projects in the Nordics and deliver with quality and according to deadlines. You ensure alignment between different stakeholders on prioritization of projects and make sure that the team has ownership and an overview of the ongoing projects. You will also lead one of our most important projects which is the regional implementation of a new Global HR system.

The role involves a great amount of cooperation, with many different stake holders, from the Nordic HR and Management teams, to corporate management in USA. For the right person, this is an unique opportunity to be a part of exciting development projects and contribute to the development of a global organization.

Responsibilities:



• Responsible for prioritization and follow-up of Nordic projects and ensure implementation in accordance with the project plan
• Responsible for ensuring that we have good project tools and processes to ensure ownership, alignment, and overview of all ongoing and planned projects
• Project manager for large and important projects, such as implementation of our new HR system, “Workday” and all changes that comes with the new system.
• Sparring partner/Discussion Partner for the HR team regarding project management and change management

What you need for the role:


• Post-secondary education within HR, Management, or other relevant area
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably from consulting or from a similar role
• Experience of running small and large projects - preferably across countries
• Great communication skills in English and in Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.

It is an advantage if you have:


• Experience from previous implementation of a HR system, preferably Workday
• Experience from an international matrix organization
