Ensure great processes and support
People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with right capabilities and strong engagement. As our new colleague, you will support our managers with HR administration, support and advising to make a difference for employee experience.
You will be a part of a small, dedicated People & Culture team with passion for our profession and people. You will work in DK, and to a high degree with our Swedish colleagues.
Your tasks:
Write contracts and support on- and offboarding activities
Master data update and maintenance
Support on process, negotiations, and legal cases for managers and HR Business Partners
Ensure high standards in advisory and documentation on employee relation cases
Support yearly processes on admin site, eg salary regulations
Join policymaking and union agreements implementation

Passion for people and methodical approach
As the rest of the team you have a passion for your profession and setting people up for success through administrative practices and policy handling. You bring 2-3 years of experience from HR administration and employee experience in an international setting, including Swedish.
You are a strong communicator verbally and written, preferably in Swedish, Danish, English.
You have a proven talent for order and right first time. Your educational background can be many, but you are trained in working with employee law and union agreements.
As a person you are well organized, process oriented, and analytical. You act proactively in working with many stakeholders and understand objective handling cases and collaborate well with people.
