Siemens Financial Services seeks Nordic Human Resources Manager Siemens Financial Services is expanding in the Nordic region and is now searching for a Nordic Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the company's Human Resources covering the Nordic countries.The Nordic Region includes Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Estonia.We have about 160 employees in the region; most of them work in Sweden.Combined with Poland, Turkey and Estonia.The position will be placed at the Nordic HQ in Umeå, Sweden. Job Description . Acting as internal consultant towards management and employees in all issues concerning Human Resources.. Responsible for global HR initiatives such as job evaluations, career website, yearly appraisals of compensation & benefit structure, employee satisfaction survey's etc .The role should be part of the senior leadership group of the region and engaged in all senior management team issues and meetings..Clearly the role involves many aspects of HR in addition to the formally described areas, ensuring that an environment exists that does not create multiple stress related issues on a long term basis is part of the role of the whole management group, but this role should provide strong input into these type of issues. . The role will be responsible for coordinating relationships with the other regional companies and all outsourced HR services (although some of the day to day work may have to be pushed to an admin type role) Profile Education within the field of HR is an advantage.Desired Experience / skills . Experience from strategic human resources development within a global company .Senior HR profile with 3-5 years experience in a similar position . Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in at least one Nordic language . Ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization - high integrity .
