The opportunity
In the EY Alliance team we are building strong ecosystems to enable technology driven transformation to our clients. This is opportunity to get to build and use your network to find new ways collaborating and create value to our customers and for EY services – cross sector and cross service line. You will be part of our Nordic Business Development Team to build and grow our presence in the technology driven market and be part of the global EY alliance team.

IBM Nordic Alliance Client Executive role is key to strengthen our IBM go to market footprint in the Nordics. In this role you will drive the success of our clients, EY and IBM by combining the best parts from all parties for better outcome for all. You will work together with our other IBM alliance regions to find the best possible solution based on client need.

Your key responsibilities
As an Alliance Client Executive, you are responsible for driving alliance activity including new business and developing relationships, identifying opportunities with account teams and clients and driving relationships with relevant “C suite” to grow the joint alliance/EY share of wallet. You will develop strategic relationship with our Alliance partner IBM together with the Area Alliance Leader and align and collaborate with our EMEIA alliance teams. Your work location can be any Nordic country with possibility to travel 1-3 days per week.

Skills and attributes for success
You will succeed in this role if you have great consulting skills and experience, backed up by an extensive Nordics network as well as ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. You build high-impact senior client relationships readily, and you have great networking skills to build out your own network and develop new contacts. In addition, change management is an essential part of your core skillset.

To qualify for the role you must have
Solid business acumen and numeracy
Consulting skills and experience – you know what it’s like to deliver front line services to clients
Solid experience and understanding of IBM technologies and the benefits, especially on EAM, Cloud, Data and AI Experienced in selling and delivering large scale digital enabled transformation programs
Excellent written and spoken English


Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong writing and presentation skills
Fluent at least one Nordic language
Understanding of Technology and IT beyond IBM
Curiosity to learn and develop business and technology skills
Understanding of client management processes
