Nordic IT Operation Manager for Aller

Aller Media is looking for a key member to join their Nordic IT organization. On the road toward excellence you will play an instrumental part in furthering as well as infusing innovative IT improvements in relation to a range of actors. As the IT Operations Manager, you will manage and build a strong DevOps team to lead the way into the future of an ever growing lifestyle brand!

In this newly established role as an IT operation manager you will grow a team of DevOps engineers to manage the operational service platforms. You will be responsible for the operational platform, security, availability and performance, to achieve the highest level in terms of performance, security, availability and cost reduction. As a manager you will be interacting with architects, developers, sysadmins, DevOps specialist and development managers,

You WILL

As a Nordic IT operation manager you will responsible to build and further develop the DevOps processes with your team and developers and architects.


Create ONE effective process connecting continuous deployment/integration, configuration management, data management testing, security as well as monitoring for digital platforms
Be responsible for deployment and release processes
Qualify the test security process

YOU ARE

You have personal and management skills towards your team. You have experience from DevOps and you are familiar with software development processes. Preferably you have worked with designing and execution of automated tests and you have good knowledge of cloud environments. Furthermore you have good communication skills and your English is fluent both verbal and written.
