We are now happy to announce that we are looking for a Nordic Learning & Development Coordinator!

What you’ll be doing
As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up training activities in the Nordic Region. You will be main responsible for our Learning Platform which purpose is to visualize, communicate and coordinate training activities (Blended Learning format) to secure that our employees will be able to perform their work in the best way. Together with your HR colleagues you work to further develop the ways of working within Learning & Development area in general.
The role involves a great amount of cooperation, with many different stake holders, from daily contact with managers, teachers and suppliers in our Nordic Organization to meetings with the Nordic HR and Management teams and Corporate management in USA. This is an opportunity to be a part of exciting journey and contribute to the development of Learning & Development in a global organization.
You will be part of our Nordic HR team and report to our Nordic Development & Engagement Manager. We are a knowledgeable team, who laugh and develop together, where both specialists and generalists contribute to a developing dynamic. We are stronger together!
What you need for the role:
• Post-secondary education within HR, Marketing, Communication or other relevant area
• At least 2 years' experience of an independent role in HR, Marketing, or Communication
• Experience of working in a coordinating role and of having dialogue with various stakeholders
• Very good system knowledge and an ability to easily learn new systems
• Great communication skills in English and in Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
It is desirable:
• Experience from a similar role in the Learning & Development area.
• Experience of working in a Learning Platform (Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform or a Share Point Solution)
• If you have worked in a global organization.
