About the Position
For this position we aim to find you who wants to work within the IT-spectrum and have a close contact to our client and partners. At TD SYNNEX we are keen to teach you the Software skills you need to know to be successful in this role. As a Nordic License Sales Specialist you will, among other things, handle incoming order flows at the company. In this position you will have grown within the role and you will keep sharing insights and experiences and skills with your colleagues.


Examples of tasks;
Placing orders for Microsoft
Handling return requests
License advisory
Work continually with e-mail communications cross our Nordic countries.
Backlog management
Handling offers to partners
Answering incoming phone calls from partners
License management; handling anniversary processes and renewals for license agreements
Other administrative tasks, also completing, changing and monitor order flow.



About you
To be successful in the role as Nordic License Operation Specialist, we believe that you have a positive mindset of solving different problems presented to you and believe that you are self-motivated and take own initiatives. You need to like administration, have an accurate working method and have a strong sense of service. To succeed in the role you need good computer skills and we will teach you those Software you don’t know. It is meritorious if you have worked in SAP or other business systems before but not a demand since we are keen to teach you. Good knowledge of Office-package is also meritorious. Being able to communicate freely in English and one of the Nordic languages fluent is a requirement for this role.
