Join Our Team as a Transportation Manager!

Your Mission:
Design, organize, and manage all transportation flows and solutions to deliver exceptional service at the best cost, while adhering to customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Optimization:
Measure and analyze transportation performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.
Manage projects to design and optimize transportation solutions, integrating customs constraints.

Transport Purchasing:
Act as a contract manager with suppliers, working closely with NPP.
Provide technical specifications for flows/lanes to be addressed.
Implement change actions with operational teams.
Identify and lead the implementation of technical savings actions.

Customer Satisfaction:
Identify ways to reduce outbound lead times through carriers, flows, and processes.
Follow up on daily/weekly OTDT, OTDS-OTDC gaps and communicate with carriers.
Conduct RCA analysis and define action plans for service improvements.
Follow Transport CCL performance and drive improvement actions in coordination with CCC.

Operations Management:
Define and implement transport plans.
Manage and coordinate exception management, including claims, late deliveries, backup plans, and carrier escalations.
Analyze lead times/performance and suggest improvements.
Prepare documents and coordinate delivery with WH and carriers.
Manage all direct communication with carriers and drivers.
Participate in daily WH SIM2 and weekly SIM with the Transport Manager in the Logistics Territory.
Manage the dangerous goods handling process.
Organize customs clearance operations and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Drive security in coordination with WH.
