As a member of our Market Offer team you will be a part of a Nordic unit where we develop and maintain services and offers based on strategy and client needs. Market Offer is responsible to establish and drive user groups for the respective Service Areas to ensure knowledge and experience sharing.

Your duties will primarily consist of:

• Support/Drive demand process
• Implement User Forums for applicable systems/tools
• Drive strategic discussion with vendors and be pro-active in preparing cost-effective solutions (decision making process with EDB)
• Deliver and roll out training
• Sales and Operation SupportQualifications/Requirements:

• Good communication and leadership skills and ability to understand, engage and interact with customers and colleagues at different levels across the business
• Skills in networking internally and externally and the ability to translate this into tangible business improvement
• Ability to communicate in oral and written Swedish and English
• Understand financial data, controls and reporting
• Good understanding of support systems (IT) and technical functions (Business architecture) from a business perspective including contract management and negotiation
• Flexible and able to handle multiple and often conflicting prioritiesPersonal characteristics:

• Relevant experience for the assignment, from operation of Food services, FM services, hotel management and/or sales of IFM
• Experience of system management that is relevant for the assignment
• Previous work with IS&T or applicable area
