Location: Helsingborg
This is a temporary part time role approx.50% with flexible working hours, during April 2022 – May 2023 (with the possibility for prolongation)

The team is now looking for a part time Nordic Marketing Assistant who will be responsible in supporting the marketing team in diverse areas within marketing, but with a specific focus on sponsoring, sampling & event. As Nordic Marketing Assistant you will be part of our Nordic marketing team, and you will report directly to our Nordic Group brand Manager.
The role is based in Helsingborg, where we have our coffee production at ZOÉGAS and head office for Nestlé Sweden. You will be joining a truly passionate team of dedicated professionals. In ZOÉGAS we are very passionate about our brand and products and this is something our consumers appreciate. The team atmosphere is prestige less and the position offers flexibility as long as you deliver on the projects. You will have a big influence on your work and how to develop the business.
Are you ready for your future challenges?
You will be assisting the ZOÉGAS marketing team.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Drive sponsoring, sampling & event strategy, plan and execution
• Support marketing team in operational tasks
• Manage internal communication on digital platforms
• Measuring and reporting performance, and assessing against agreed KPIs
You will take ownership of building brand equity to unlock the growth potential across the region within your areas of responsibility. As Nordic Marketing Assistant, you will be working with a variety of stakeholders internally as well as externally.

Coordination and communication skills are part of your toolbox and you work in an organized and targeted way, where meeting deadlines is part of your DNA. You show initiative, change agility and the necessary sense-of-urgency to respond to market trends. You have a “can do” and supportive attitude and keep an open mind that generate and welcome innovative initiatives. You take ownership and responsibility for your areas and coordinate between different countries and ensure to have stakeholders on board to drive the brand agenda.

Professional skills
No previous experience is required but would be an advantage. We are looking for a person with the right mindset who has a drive and a can-do mindset. Someone who wants to learn. It could be in combination with ongoing studies as this role is for a limited period and part time (50%, 2-3 days a week). Any experience from event marketing, brand communication, FMCG, coffee or the retail channel would be beneficial to the role.
Relevant education background would be marketing oriented or event management.
You have good communication and presentation skills and are fluent in Swedish and have a good command of English language.
