Nordic Nutrition Manager to Unilever

Unilever is looking for a Nordic Nutrition Manager We are strengthening our team of Nutritionists at our Nordic head office in Stockholm (Solna), Sweden.Nutrition is a key vitality capability that enables Unilever to drive and execute winning nutrition innovation and communication programmes.As the lead Nutritionist in Nordic you lead a team of nutritionists located in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm and you represent Nordic in the Unilever Nutrition Network leadership team, which is part of the global network of all nutrition resources in Unilever Foods Research & Development.You will be expected to create and safe guard sound communication in the introduction and maintenance of brands and products with Nutrition & Health propositions, as well as in corporate communication and issues management. Key responsibilities: * you lead the Nordic nutrition team, and set targets for the overall nutrition strategies in Nordic.* you develop and implement communication strategies to nutrition experts and health care professionals, * you execute internal and external nutrition education and training.* you follow and actively take part in national discussions on nutrition and health trends and food policy developments.* you take part in the management of any nutrition and health related issues in the company and identify nutrition and health related risks.* You ensure scientifically correct use of claims, * you drive the sharing of expertise, best practice and learning * you give strategic nutrition support to marketing and sales * You promote and implement Unilever's Vitality mission internally and externally You will be required to travel in Nordic and Europe to meet team members and to attend project team meetings, conferences, etc. Qualifications You have an academic degree in Nutrition or Dietetics or related science area and around 5-10 years experience.You must be able to convert scientific findings and facts into appropriate communication for scientists, healthcare professionals and consumers.You are a flexible self starter with good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.You must be a strong team player, capable of influencing others and building relationships across functions at different levels.Team leadership experience will be an important asset.Fluent English, both written and spoken is essential in addition to at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
