Nordic Payroll Controller & Coordinator with experience in Accounting
Are you an experienced payroll officer looking to develop yourself within HR and Finance? Perfect! Then you might be the one we´re looking for!
You will be a part of a smaller HR function working on a Nordic level. As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll processing as well as some dedicated core HR processes.
Main Responsibilities
Payroll & Accounting Office (80%)
- Payroll Administration incl Time management (Swe, Fin, Den)
- Vendor management
- Budget and forecast of labor cost
- Analyzing of P/L
- B/S recon. - labor cost
- Legal reporting
- Invoice admin
- Staffing - Onboarding Process Owner
- FSE formalities (expatriates)
- ISE process & routine
- Comp & Ben Admin
- Pension incl vendor management
- Insurances incl vendor management
- HR Controlling & Reporting
- HC Management
- HC tracking; Regular, O/S
- Productivity reports, incl Labor Cost tracking
HR Specialist/HR Advisor (20%)
The ideal candidate holds
- 2 - 3 years of payroll processing, preferably on a Nordic level
- Good basic knowledge in accounting principles, preferably from hands-on own experience
- HR experience is meritorious
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot, vlookup etc)
- Communication skills since many levels of contact points in the company
- Previous experience from an international organization
- Merit if you have experience working in Hogia before and love to be seen as a super user, in any related core system
- Really good communication skills, and is fluent in spoken and written business English and Swedish
- It is a merit if you are spoken and written in Korean, but not required
