The Job

This is a great opportunity to join a HR team working on a Nordic level. As a payroll specialist, you are responsible for the payroll process as well as some of the core HR processes such as owning the onboarding process, Comp. and Ben. administration, and HR controlling and reporting.

In this role, you will spend the majority of your time in the Payroll and Accounting Office with tasks such as payroll administration including time management for the Nordic countries, vendor management and budget and forecast of labor costs.

A great HR role if you wish to work for a global brand and with wide range of tasks where you have the platform to contribute and shape the HR department.

Who you are

We believe that you have a few years experience in payroll processing, preferably on a Nordic level. You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally. You see your communication skills as a way to get the job done.

You have basic knowledge of accounting principals and you take great pride in being thorough and you have an eye for details. Your colleagues often describe you as someone who gets things done.

It is meriting if you have worked with Hogia and/or have experience as a superuser in one or more systems.

Requirements

- Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken


Location

You will be working from LG's office in Kista, Stockholm.

Start date

In agreement considering current notice period.
