About the role:

You will be working as a People Business Partner and drive various improvement projects in close collaboration with your colleagues in the HR Team consisting of 12 people. You will be working on a Nordic level and also report to the Nordic HR Director, located in Sweden. We are looking for someone who will bring HR competence and contribute to the positive atmosphere in our team. We believe that you have a genuine interest in people and culture and is a true team player. You enjoy a role where you are involved in several projects simultaneously and have a wide range of interactions, both internally and externally. We offer you an exciting role with possibility to combine office work with working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Support Managers in the day-to-day opportunities and challenges in the Employee lifecycle
• Develop and support the implementation of various HR policies and ensuring compliance with local law, company rules and regulations
• Drive initiatives in partnership with business leaders to develop and retain talent in the organization
• Lead and drive key People Projects
• Provide guidance to management team and contribute with effective, creative, and objective employee relations support

About you:

• You have relevant academic education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Passion for constant improvement and change
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience from Swedish Labor Law and CLA
