HS Ad Nordic office is seeking an experienced and strategic communications professional to lead and execute PR and social media initiatives across the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland). The PR & Social Media Manager will have a deep understanding of creative best practices, content strategy, and digital analytics to drive impactful campaigns and measure their success. The role demands expertise in current and emerging trends, technologies, and social media platforms, with proven experience in managing multiple, concurrent campaigns.
This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Nordic region, Europe, and the Korean HQ, and offers a high level of visibility and impact within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR and social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
● Manage the overall PR plan and execution in collaboration with the LGE global PR team and the appointed local PR agency.
● Oversee the budget management for social media, corporate PR, and external vendors.
● Steer the agency pitch process, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the client's objectives.
● Drive the planning and execution of local and global fairs (CES, IFA, etc.), events, partnerships, influencer/ambassador engagements, and sustainability-related projects.
● Foster the client's reputation as a positive consumer brand with mass appeal, both online and offline.
● Collaborate with various business units to optimize both organic and paid performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand building, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
● Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of how digital/social media integrates with broader marketing and communications strategies.
● Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and executing large-scale projects.
● Creative Vision: Strong sense of creative direction, aesthetic judgment, and writing style.
● Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, approachable, and naturally adept at building relationships across diverse teams.
● Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
● Education: Bachelor's degree required.
● Travel: Up to 10% travel required.
