Our subsidiary in Northern Europe – BSH Home Appliances AB – is handling sales, marketing, customer service and supply chain, with 630 employees spread across our Nordic and Baltic countries. Our HQ is located in Stockholm and we work in a 50/50 hybrid model.
About the position:
As the Nordic Process Automation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation initiatives across our organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will utilize your expertise in process automation, process improvement, and business operations to identify, define, and implement automation solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape our process automation journey, working with new technologies and a great team in an international setting.
Your responsibilities:
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions together with IT development/support teams, business teams and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate process automation initiatives across the Nordic countries, working closely with stakeholders and teams from all functions of the organization, leveraging RPA, Power Automate, Report automation and AI.
• Apply process improvement skills, such as process mapping and analysis, to identify areas for efficiency gains and guide automation implementations.
• Foster enthusiasm, empower and train colleagues to become citizen developers through active own implementations (i.e. with Power Automate).
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in process automation, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
We think that you:
• Hold a business degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Exhibit excellent process improvement skills, including process mapping and analysis.
• Have a proven track record in coordinating and implementing Process Automation and Digitalization initiatives.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience of relevant technologies, such as RPA, iBPMS (MS Power Automate flows or other tools), along with expert MS office suite knowledge and familiarity with enterprise IT architecture.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of other Nordic languages being a plus.
