Job Description
Your contribution to something big
In the role of Nordic Sales Controller, you will work extensively with controlling and financial reporting in a team of experienced controllers, who are responsible for legal entity, sales, business unit and plant controlling. It is important that you enjoy a great deal of responsibility and that you can manage and lead the work independently. You will work with coordination of monthly and annual accounts, and be responsible for internal reporting, analysis, and forecasting. In addition, you will support the executive management functions in Sales and Commercial area and be a business partner to various sales functions with for example cost analysis, measures to improve margins, structures, or processes. You will establish routines for continuous improvement on financial topics. Inspiring confidence and good at communicating with different levels of management, and be able to present complex issues in an understandable way.
Your tasks could include:
Perform Monthly Business Reports for Management, including full Profit & Loss for the Nordic countries
Be an active partner in Business Planning & Current Forecasts
Review results in the different countries i.e., Product Mix, Price, Exchange Rate Effects, Volume together with Chances & Risks Analysis
Full KPI review including, Headcounts, Net Working Capital, Margin
Deploying & following up on budgets, targets, and other initiatives
Participation in bench marking activities and special projects
Be a role model for internal processes regarding order types, account determinations and cost-allocations
Actively discuss, inform and educate & advice on financial topics within the organization
Performing investment calculations and investment tracking
Transfer Pricing & Consolidation topics
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
A Degree in Economics, Management, Business or similar. (Master, MBA, advantageous)
At least between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from an international, manufacturing company
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for business and financial metrics
Self-motivated, ambitious, driven, analytical and structural and appreciate working in a matrix-based organization with many stakeholders
Embrace teamwork and see the value of collaboration. Able to build strong relationships
Ability to communicate complex topics in a holistic & structured way
Microsoft Office, System familiarity from ERP systems. Internal accounting, Financial management, Allocations, Results analysis. (SAP-FI & SAP-CO, Power BI knowledge advantageous)
