As a Sales Improvement Engineer you will be leading sales improvement projects of various types, both in our up- and downstream business. Your role involves: structuring the market intelligence developing short term and strategic commercial action plans incl.business case improving sales processes and guidelines pushing our value added product portfolio having direct responsibility of selected customers/key account Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years job experience of sales as well as experience of leading projects, good grounding in finance (cost accounting, margins, cash flow).It is also important that you have excellent communication and relationships building skills as you will work with a variety of clients, both outside and inside the Group.As a person you must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.Both Scandinavian and English language skills as well as good computer skills are mandatory. You will be based in Halmstad and the position might require intensive traveling.By acquiring a wide knowledge of our sales activities a profound basis to develop your career towards a manager position in sales will be established.We want your application by 2010-07-18 in English.
