About the role

As a Nordic Senior Specialist Order Fulfillment you will be managing the supply chain team at Panasonic. The team will be responsible for the operational processes from order to return, warehousing and freight logistics and the daily operation of order fullfilment activities working closely with the Sales and Marketing team at Panasonic.

You will be responsible for:

- Management of an efficient Order Fulfillment process for customer in Nordics regions taking into account cost and performance targets
- Responsible for operational processes from order to return
- Operations management of warehousing and freight logistics service providers
- Daily operations of order fulfillment activities in the Nordics and support of sales and marketing teams
- Close collaboration with management team of Panasonic Nordics as well as with central teams of Supply Chain Group




Work tasks:

- Secure that all order fulfillment processes are working in line with company expectations and that issues are identified and solved swiftly
- Communication with local key stake holders, service providers, customers and central staff


- Act as interface to outsourced service providers for warehouse and freight
- Monitor performance and take corrective actions if needed


- Assist Sales dept. and Management in reaching the companys different forecasts, business plans and targets.
- Secure focus on improvements from the rest of the teams
- Conduct monthly meetings to update everyone on current KPI's and projects


Requirements

- Trained logistics professional with solid operations track record
- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain operations
- Ideally experience in working as (internal) logistics service provider
- Language: Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus
- IT: SAP SD/MM, Microsoft Office
- Social / personal: Team player, reliable, analytical thinker, customer-oriented thinking, performance under pressure
