STIHL is now searching for three Nordic Project Leads to their new market organisation and we look forward to get in touch with you very soon.

The Nordic Project Lead will operationally coordinate and realize several chains of already created and/or pre-planned marketing activities for the entire Nordic region. You will be an important link between colleagues within the team, other departments within the Nordic region, the HQ in Germany and several of our partners to ensure punctuality and efficiency in marketing projects. You will be one of several operational players who daily get things done on their own, but always with the team in mind. The role is purely operational - strategies, goals and content are pre-packaged and served from HQ in Germany. We exist to enable them. The Nordic Project Lead is organisationally positioned under the Marketing Operations Manager.
Responsibility and daily work:
* Being the quality assurance in your specialized Nordic language
* Information gathering, proofreading, and editing of materials
* Act as a link between many different ongoing processes
* Coordinate internal and external communication efforts
* Coordinate daily operations and marketing projects
* Running, maintaining, and improving daily departmental processes
* Cooperate with agencies according to set processes
* Supporting the Head of Marketing and the Marketing Operations Manager in daily operations

Your Profile
We are looking for a social team player with a strong ability to push forward. You should be unprestigious by heart. You are keen on change, and always strive to help your team. All STIHL employees are expected to share best practices, driving towards Nordic goals. We reward experience within service- or customer-oriented professions, e.g. sales, customer sup-port or the hospitality industry. It is also advantageous if you have worked in larger organisations before. Understanding the importance of speed and resources vs good enough.
Requirements
* Fluent and correct in English AND either Finnish, Danish or Norwegian.
* Socially fearless, always with tactfulness.
* Driven self-starting team player.
* You are motivated to implement and coordinate already established strategies and objectives.
Placement
The position is based at the STIHL Norden headquarters in Stenkullen, Sweden. We work together on site in Stenkullen. Odd days working from home may occur. The role may include travels within the Nordic region. All three positions are permanent.
