Nordic Supply Planner - consulting assignment

Poolia Ekonomi AB Presentation We are currently looking for a Supply Planner for a full-time consulting assignment with one of our clients. The duration of the assignment is set for early December to May 2010. You will be stationed at our client's offices in Solna. The requirements our client has provided us with are in English - therefore this advertisement is in English. Arbetsuppgifter Responsibilities You will: - create and maintain accurate replenishment proposals for endorsement and processing by regional supply chain. - follow up on shipment of all orders. This is to ensure timely supply to logistics service provider (LSP), such that customer orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), and inventory targets are achieved. - proactively manage any supply issues such that business impact is avoided or minimised. - expedite impacted products from supply points as required. - inform hub team of inbound delivery priorities. - inform demand-planning and customer-service teams when stock allocations to key accounts may be required. - review and approve all finished goods-supplier and transport-carrier invoices. - coordinate any change management activities (for instance artwork or packaging changes), giving due regard to supply continuity, production lead times and minimum write-offs. - ensure new-product activity is integrated into supply plans to support launch timings. - manage the phase in and phase out within ERP and supply-planning systems, including request and set up of new item codes and forecast cut overs. - maintain active stock-keeping-unit (SKU) portfolio lists. Utbildning/erfarenhet Qualifications You have a degree in economics or the equivalent, as well as a couple of years of experience of the above. You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. We would like to see that you have either pharmaceutical or food industry experience of supply chain. You can use and understand ERP systems. You also have the ability to do analysis. It is a plus if you have experience of working in an English-language environment.
