About the role:


The People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization is a newly established function, building and sustaining world-class teams at Nasdaq. The P3 organization is the client facing team within People@Nasdaq that builds strategic partnership with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy and execution to ongoing consultation to building high performing and engaged teams.


TA Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work in close partnership as one delivery team. The EMEA team consists of team members located in Spain, UK, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden. As one team, we focus on strategic workforce planning, analytics, skill identification, talent attraction, hiring, diversity, and early career programs. In this role, you will be partnering with different business areas ranging from the Exchange and Clearing House, to Sales and Corporate Functions on a Nordic level. Working in close partnership with hiring managers, you will define recruitment requirements and processes to secure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring ranging from junior to executive roles. This position is key to continue Nasdaqs growth where you will have significant impact to continue building our brand and improving our hiring processes as we scale and build our team.


Your responsibilities:


Partner with business leaders and managers as a talent acquisition advisor, providing insights into the talent landscape and candidate market trends.


Employer branding related activities such as planning and coordination of internal and external events.


Work in partnership withTASourcers, Coordinators andPeople Strategy Partnerson process and strategy improvement to attractthe best talent in a competitive market.


Recommend and drive improvements to enhancethe TA function, taking part in special projects to improve our recruitment process and partnership with the business.


Ensure candidate experience is positive, fair and reflective of Nasdaqs values, with key initiatives and efforts focused on diversity, inclusion and belonging.


Contribute to Global development processes regarding recruitment processes and policies.


Collaborate with test and recruitment vendors.


You will bring:


A degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline


A few years of work experience working with in-house recruitment supporting business critical teams


A deep understanding of creating sourcing strategies and how to attract talent


Strong team player mind-set who thrives collaborating across teams, functions, and locations


Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment


It would be great if you have:


Experience working with data analytics


Work experience from the FinTech industry


Workday experience
