We are now expanding our Nordic tax team with location in Sweden, and Norway, supporting Siemens businesses in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic’s. We operate within a global network of Siemens tax experts and are now looking for a Nordic Tax advisor who will be based in Stockholm, Solna.

As Nordic Tax advisor your main responsibilities will be to provide international tax consulting to the Nordic businesses, comprising to a large extent of Transfer pricing questions but also tax structuring of global cross border projects. In addition, it is meritorious if you have some knowledge of tax reporting and mainly the connection between such and the transfer pricing transactions. 

The challenge:

* Be a proactive business partner towards the Nordic Siemens Businesses, comprising regular exchange with the business, provision of internal trainings and advisory activities.
* Advise on Transfer Pricing topics and ensure the preparation of required Transfer Pricing documentation.
* Identify and mitigate potential tax risks within the area of international business operation.
* Analyze and review the intragroup cross border transactions and their impact in the tax reporting 
* Keeping up to date with both the Nordic as well as the European tax regulations and developments within the relevant area.
* Taking care of reporting to Tax authority (CbCR, DAC6) 
* Provide tax advice and structuring regarding globally executed projects and handle permanent establishments.

Who are you?

* You like to continuously adapt your tax knowledge in a changing tax landscape.
* You are proactive and appreciate working with partners operating in various business environments.
* You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
* You have more than 5 years of experience from a similar role in an international company, law or audit firm.
* You have knowledge of the Nordic tax legislation within the area of your expertise.
* You have an academic degree within this area.
* You are fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
