Nordic Trainees 2010 We are looking for mega talents We are looking for talents from Sweden, Finland and Norway to take part in our Nordic Trainee program. This will be a perfect career opportunity for graduates with the right entrepreneurial spirit and academic background (Master or Bachelor Degree in relevant field). The first period, with a duration of 12 weeks, will take place in Lund, Sweden (lodging will be provided). Training sessions will be mixed with casework and following experienced colleagues in their work. The positions to fill are Sales/consulting (Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm, Göteborg) You will be thoroughly trained in our products, salesmanship, presentation technique and negotiating skills. After the trainee period you will sell, implement and train customers in our CRM software products. Soon after You will always be closing :) Consultant (Lund, Stockholm, Göteborg) After the trainee period you will install, implement, configure and integrate our CRM software at our customers taste. Depending on your interest (and skill set) you can work in either or both ends of our consultant scale; deeply technical or in management and methodology concerning sales and customer care. Market (Lund) You have a strong interest in all aspects of marketing. You will start as a trainee at our marketing department to learn all the tricks of the trade. Gradually you will get more responsibilities and plenty of opportunities to implement your own ideas. Software Development (Lund) You are (or want to be) a Rock Star Developer. You read all entries on Spolskys blogg (humming and head nodding as you read on), contributes to open source projects and constantly trying to automate everything around you... Here you will end up making our software even more brilliant and sparkling.
