Nordic Transportation Coordinator to customer in Stockholm

Do you have experience from working with Transportation Coordination? Do you have experience from working with SAP? Do you like to work in an varying environment? Then this is the position for you! For this position you will be hired as an consultant by Manpower and you will work at our customer in Jordbro, in Haninge, south of Stockholm city. The assignment will start as soon as we find the right person for the job. Working hours will be office hours, Monday to Friday.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational day to day activities around transportation in the Nordic region for Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The role supports the Transportation Manager in activities pertaining to the daily function of the department.



In this role you will work with:

* Invoice control of carrier invoices
* Internal and external communication to ensure suitable transportation support
* Supporting front office personnel in relation to freight
* Liaising with carriers and stakeholders
* Provide process support to loading team
* Preparing exports and special shipments
* Support other warehouse functions
* Transport capacity planning
* Ordering special transports when necessary
* Manage special orders
* Help price and organise non-standard shipments



We are looking for you who have:

* At least 3 years' experience from a similar role
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* MS office, with good Excel knowledge
* Access to car is to prefer
* Ability to drive forklift is meritorious
* Working experience with SAP is meritorious
* A clean record is a must (credit check and police check)

We think that you have experience of working in warehouses with pick and pack to understand the challenges that may arise. Furthermore, we would like you to have previous experience with SAP. We believe that you as a person are driven, solution-oriented and used to working at a fast pace. The role requires you to be structured and to have your processes in order.
