Job Description
We are now looking for our new Nordics Controller in Huskvarna, Sweden. This position is a 12 month temporary employment for a maternity leave.
As the controller you will be responsible for all tasks related to sales controlling in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, working closely with the passionate Sales Managers, Marketing and Finance teams in all three countries. You will report to the Regional Controller.
In all three countries, Gardena Division utilizes shared services for all TRAHQ reporting and country officer duties. Here you have the responsibility to develop a good working relationship with the team to ensure the most efficient way of working and reporting going forward, but also benefit from their extensive experience, knowledge and create synergies with the department.
This role requires you to have the ability to work to meet strict deadlines and exceed under pressure, ensuring accuracy in all areas with an ability to analyze, interpret & present data. Translating financial figures into actionable recommendations and presentations. Respond to requests in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines.

What you will do as Nordics Controller
Your main responsibility is controlling sales and financial performance of the countries to ensure profitability.
Perform financial analysis and develop financial planning processes.
Manage local P&Ls in line with company guidelines and corporate saving programs.
Develop and monitor forecasts and analyze investment proposals.
Completion of yearly budget and 5-year business plans.
Monitor and explain variances from budget plans vs actual results.
Prepare and participate in operating reviews.
Improvement of cash conversion cycle index and credit risk management.

Who are you?
We believe you are a self-driven and result oriented person, holding strong business acumen, drive and sense of urgency. You are structured and possess strong attention to details and accuracy even in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines. Of importance is also your analytical skills and ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate these results into actionable recommendations and presentations. As you will support and cooperate closely with different functions, we believe you have good collaborations skills and enjoy having many contacts within the organization.
Your qualifications and experiences
To be successful as a Nordics Controller, it is required that you have previous business controlling experience as well as in budgeting and forecasting. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. Accounting experience is considered an advantage as well as knowledge of Norwegian or Danish.
It is desirable if you have experience in multinational organization and a master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
