With a strong presence in the Nordic region, CCEP are seeking a talented and experienced Nordics Safety & Occupational Health Lead to join their Supply Chain team.

Based on Coca-Cola’s commitment on delivering the highest quality and food safety, CCEP is building a new Nordic Health & Safety function. The Nordics Safety & Occupational Health Lead will have the opportunity to be a connector for all countries and build a Nordic framework with common solutions, guidelines, and improvements within Health & Safety.

With CCEP’s Central Health & Safety strategy as fundament, the Safety & Occupational Health Lead will have the key responsibility to:

-       Lead the Nordics Occupational Health & Safety function for CCEP (Sweden, Norway, Iceland)

-       Managing the local Health & Safety team and lead the operational execution in Sweden.

-       Build strategic Health & Safety expertise within the Nordic Business to effectively manage new technologies, processes, and systems, aiming to lead the improvement and development of Health & Safety capabilities across the Nordics. You will also lead the implementation in the Swedish operations.

-       Lead proactive risk management (from assessment to mitigation) for the Nordic countries as well as locally in Sweden.

-       Report Health & Safety performance, trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities to the Nordic countries Leadership Teams and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

-       Be the Swedish representative internally in CCEP, with local key customers and in relevant contacts with local H&S authorities.

The role will report to Associate Director QESH Nordics.

The location for this role is 20 minutes south of Stockholm, in Jordbro. Here, you will work at one of Europe's most advanced beverage facilities, where blending, bottling, packaging, and quality control of our market-leading beverages take place.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance, preferably in a multinational company.

You are experienced and skilled in Safety & Occupational Health management, e.g. planning processes, principles, and practices, with a relevant academic degree in science or equivalent. You have strong leadership capabilities and are experienced in leading people specialized in H&S. Also, you easily operate and navigate cross-functionally, and you are used to communicate and create engagement in a multinational dynamic environment. Experience from the industry is an advantage.

You have a strategic mindset, which translates into being a proactive driver towards results, at the same time as you empower and develop teams and individuals around you.

Fluency in both Swedish and English are required.
