The total number of employees in Philips Sweden is close to 380.Between 20-90 people work in every Product Division.
For our division Domestic Appliances and Personal Care, Order desk is a key function in the Nordic Supply Chain Management.This is the link between Philips and customers in our daily business.The Nordic Order desk function is covering all four Nordic Countries from the Stockholm office.8 people work in this department.

Job description:
We are looking for 1 person to support our Norwegian customers in a front desk function.Please notice that this is a temporary position starting 11th of March 2007 until 28th of February 2008, with possibility for extension.
You will act as a Nordic front desk support with most focus on Norwegian customers.You will have customer contacts via telephone.You will receive orders and register them in the order system (SAP).You are going to assist the customers with information about prices and deliveries and at the same time have cooperation with sales representatives in the field.Claims will be another part of your work.Of course you will also cooperate with the logistics department as well.
You will be working according to the Norwegian calendar (working hours, public holidays etc).
Qualifications:
The most important is your language skills.You need to be fluent in Norwegian and have good skills in another Scandinavian language preferably Danish.You also need good skills in English since Philips is an international organisation.
You are flexible, have ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under periods with high pressure and tempo.
You should have experience from a service related and administrative job and understand the concept of good service and customer focus.
Knowledge about SAP is a plus.
