Northab is looking for a business analyst for one of our customers based in Stockholm



Description:



The company want to add a business analyst to their Salesforce CRM team. The team is a mix of PN business analysts and developers from their vendor.



The work according to SAFe and in close connection to the business.



The team is mature and has worked as an agile team for 2 years with a high delivery rate. Earlier this year the team transformed into a DevOps team.



Their key stakeholders and the CRM team are in multiple countries in different locations which makes online meetings and communication in many online channels a must. English is the main language in the team.



The companys Salesforce CRM solution is based on Sales and Service Cloud together with Pardot and Einstein Analytics. The solution is highly integrated to other systems with Salesforce as the main system for users working with sales and customer service.





Content and scope of the assignment:



The business analyst shall be the link between the business and the CRM team, collecting and transforming business needs and requirements for the team.



It is primarily within the areas Sales and Customer Service the work will be done.







Description of the assignment in more detail:



Participate in workshops and meeting with business to collect requirements



Document and manage requirements in Jira



Collaborate closely with business, team members and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are ready for development and mee the companys guidelines for security, data processing and cross application flows



Part of the requirement work is to capture non-functional requirements from both business and IT in order to secure an easily maintainable, scalable and stabile solution.



The assignment will also include participation in:



- demos of the solutions for the business



- test of the developed solutions together with business and team members



- production verifications as part of our bi-weekly deploys



SAFe ceremonies for example daily stand-ups, sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions



Execution of the assignment (location, workload in %, sub-steps):

If working from Copenhagen or other location work from home/distance according to official guidelines.

If working from Stockholm it is optional to work from the HQ in Solna.

Requirements:

It is important that the resource has proven skills a business analyst with a technical understanding of Salesforce, primarily Sales and Service Cloud in Lightning. Knowledge of Pardot and Einstein Analytics is an advantage.



Should have” requirements (a number of compulsory competence requirements):



- Proven experience as a Business Analyst

- Salesforce system experience, as a minimum as a certified Salesforce Admin

- Previous knowledge from same kind of company

- Experience with agile way of working

- Structured, team-oriented person with good collaboration and communication skills

- Ability to proactively drive a task and connect with relevant stakeholders

- Focus on delivering on time with good quality

- Have a focus on possibilities and negotiate between different interest and requirements



Language skills



Fluent in English both written and spoken

Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)





Seniority, experience level, education:



Senior Business Analyst with previous experience with Salesforce



Academic degree combined with at least 5 years of work experience within IT or at least 7 years of qualified experience working.
