Would you like to move to Amsterdam?Hays seek Norwegian Cash Collector for Millipore in Amsterdam!Summary of position Administration of credit policies and standards, approve orders of limited amounts, collect accounts receivable through correspondence and telephone contact, prepare analysis of customer accounts and resolve disputed accounts receivable balances within a set range.Main responsibilities . Proactively work to resolve queries and complaints from both internal and external customers .Responsible for maintaining up-to-date, workable and clear procedures for use by the whole credit management department . Responsible for testing the key controls of the department in keeping with the internal procedures . Analyze the financial situation of new and existing customers and accordingly assign and maintain credit limits . Proactively contact customers by phone, fax, mail or e-mail to query outstanding payments or missing information . Inform the customers and internal colleagues of any credit hold situation . Ensure payments by building good relationships with customers . Assessing and controlling risks Education/Skills/Knowledge .Native Norwegian speaker, with fluency in English (written and spoken) and an understanding of Danish .Bachelor degree or professional level of education and/or relevant working experience . Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, experience of working with Oracle is useful The person You possess a thorough understanding of financial and analytical processes.You are accurate and attentive to details but can also keep an eye on the overall objective.You are hard working, service-minded and you enjoy working towards results.A cross-cultural environment is a motivation for you to value your interpersonal skills.
