ASUS NORDIC is looking for a Norwegian support agent for our Nordic call centre in Kista, Stockholm If you can speak more than 1 Nordic language, it will be a big plus. Responsibilities: - Offer on-line technical support to end users and other customers. - On-line trouble shooting. - Pre-sales questions answering. - Other RMA related administration tasks. Requirements: - Fluent in Norwegian - listening & speaking - College graduate or equivalent (With technical background will be a plus) - Good command of English - spoken & written - Interested in computer science and IT technology - No sophisticated skills and knowledge is required, and on-job training will be provided If you are interesting in the position, please send your CV and covering letter in English to the contact email address.
